This is definitely among my favorite Latin grammar references (along with Gildersleeve's and Bennett's. As other reviewers mentioned, this is a grammar reference.

Do not expect to learn Latin from this book. If you already have an understanding of Latin grammar or are merely wondering how the Latin language works, this book is an excellent choice.
